Xiaomi has unveiled its new tablet Redmi Pad 2 Pro at its 15T series event*, which is the successor to last year’s Redmi Pad Pro. The new model has been in the news for its powerful performance, improved display and huge battery.

Display and Design

The tablet features a 12.1-inch 2.5K LCD display, which supports 120Hz refresh rate and 360Hz touch sampling rate. It has a maximum brightness of 600 nits (HBM), along with Dolby Vision, DC Dimming and triple TÜV Rheinland certification, which ensures eye safety.

The ‘‘Pro Matte Glass’’ variant features AG Nano-Texture screen, which reduces glare by 97% and provides a paper-like experience while taking notes or reading.

In terms of power, the new tablet is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 (4nm) chipset, which is much faster and more efficient than the previous model. It is accompanied by the Adreno 722 GPU.
