Durga Puja means a rush of new films in Tollywood. Every year, there is a fierce competition to occupy the theaters at this time. There is a secret rivalry about who will get how many shows, which film will attract more viewers. However, this year, the atmosphere seems to be changing a bit.
Because, instead of competition, stars are extending their support to each other. A few days ago, Ankush Hazra, a glimpse of everyone’s favorite Abir Chatterjee, Mimi Chakraborty, Kaushani Mukherjee starrer Raktabeej 2, was released. Dev himself shared the promotional video on social media. He wrote,
“Congratulations to brother Ankush. Abir, Mimi, Kaushani, all of them are doing great.”

This year, four films are releasing simultaneously during Puja: Raktabeej 2, Raghu Dakat, Devi Chaudhuri and Jat Kand in Kolkata. On one side, Dev’s Dakat Roop, on the other side, Ankush’s Munir Alam, with the new chemistry of Abir-Mimi-Koushani. On the other side, the pair of Prosenjit-Srabanti.
Where the temperature of competition is supposed to rise to the top, the stars are standing by each other. Just like Srabanti said in an interview. That – ”This industry is a small family, we all work in our own way. ”
Now the question is, no matter how intense the fight is on screen, who will occupy more space in the hearts of the audience, Dev or Ankush? The answer will be available within a few days of Puja.
